Privacy policy

This policy explains how Global MKT LLC ("Global MK Services", "we") processes personal data collected through globalmkservices.com and in the course of providing services to clients.

Data we collect

Through the contact and careers forms we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message. We also record the page the form was sent from, the time of submission and technical data (IP address, browser) used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals, evaluate job applications and keep a record of our communication. Form submissions are stored in our internal management system and forwarded to info@globalmkservices.com by email.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting the website, and, where applicable, your consent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that host our systems (infrastructure, email) under contract, or when required by law.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. Write to info@globalmkservices.com to exercise these rights.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be set.

Client data

When providing services we process personal data of our clients' customers on their behalf and under their instructions, as set out in each service agreement and data processing agreement.
